The Role
As our Head of Strategy, you’ll be the architect behind our digital advertising success, leading strategy across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to craft cutting-edge, high-performance campaigns that scale. This role is equal parts visionary, data geek, and creative problem solver—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
* Define & Lead Strategy – Develop and execute best-in-class digital media strategies that drive measurable business impact.
* Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep us on the cutting edge of emerging tech, platforms, and consumer behaviors.
* Data-Driven Insights – Use analytics to refine media planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
* Innovate & Test – Push boundaries with creative ad formats, automation, AI-driven bidding, and personalization.
* Client & Stakeholder Leadership – Act as a trusted advisor, presenting insights, strategies, and recommendations with confidence.
* Team Leadership & Growth – Mentor and develop a team of strategists, ensuring they’re ahead of the curve in all things paid media.
What You Bring
* 7+ years of experience in digital media strategy, with deep expertise in PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
* Proven track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns at scale.
* Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DSPs.
* Experience leveraging automation, AI, and data analytics to optimize performance.
* Strong leadership and team development skills—able to inspire, educate, and level up those around you.
* A creative, solutions-first mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
