🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts like a pro 🎯
Handling queries, orders, and complaints with confidence and care 💬
Creating quotes, processing orders, and keeping CRM systems up to date 🖥️
Coordinating stock and logistics to keep deliveries on track 🚚
Working closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams 🤝
Managing returns, credits, and account plans with precision 📊
Contributing to internal meetings and continuous improvement 💡
✅ What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Experience in account management or customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and people skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confidence using CRM systems and digital toolsNice-to-Haves:
Background in logistics or supply chain
Knowledge of health & safety standards
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
