We’re now looking for an Aerospace Quality Auditor to join our passionate Integrated Management System team at our Staverton site. What you’ll do Reporting to the Head of IMS Compliance, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring our Integrated Management System (IMS) remains compliant, effective, and continuously improving. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business — auditing, analysing, and guiding our teams to maintain world-class standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the IMS conforms to UK IMS Policy, objectives, KPIs, and relevant international standards and regulations. Conducting internal audits in line with the approved audit schedule, ensuring processes reflect real-world practice. Identifying and raising non-conformances, and supporting corrective and preventative action plans. Leading or participating in audit teams, maintaining objectivity and impartiality throughout. Supporting operational teams by providing clear guidance and interpretation of IMS requirements. Planning, performing, reporting, and following up on audits with precision and integrity. What you’ll bring You’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You take pride in doing things the right way and helping others do the same. We’re looking for someone with: Internal Auditor qualification to ISO 9001 / AS9100 standard (minimum). Working knowledge of additional standards and regulations (e.g. AQAP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AS9100, AS9102, Part 21G, Part 145, ISO 14001, 22301, 27001, 45001). Strong analytical, problem-solving and CAPA experience. Confident use of MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management tools such as Q-Pulse or Net-Inspect. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Strong influencing, listening, and negotiation skills. A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance detail with wider business impact.
