We are now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team and support the smooth running of our accounts department. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our staff, prioritising welfare and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing rental payments, deposits, and landlord statements
* Reconciling accounts and handling invoices
* Assisting with credit control and arrears management
* Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
* Handling general finance queries from landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Maintaining accurate financial records and updating internal systems
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts/finance role (property or lettings experience is an advantage but not essential)
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail
* Good IT skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
