Our client is a high-profile claimant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for solicitors/chartered legal executives to join their Personal Injury department in Manchester and Liverpool, where you will be responsible for a range of intermediate track claims. Hybrid working and apetitive bonus are available and negotiable dependent on experience.
Your new role
This Intermediate Track Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEx role will see you:
1. Handle your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims.
2. Provide technical supervision and mentorship to team members and the wider practice.
3. Prepare high-quality legal documentation, including pleadings, interlocutory applications and supporting statements.
4. Offer expert advice onplex litigation matters, procedural strategies, and risk management.
5. Support team development by sharing best practices and delivering training sessions.
6. Ensurepliance with professional standards, regulatory obligations, and internalernance frameworks.
7. Collaborate with management to optimise processes and enhance client service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer.
9. Proven track record in effectively managing a personal injury caseload valued up to £100,000 (multi-track experience is desirable)
10. Strong drafting expertise across applications, pleadings, and supporting documentation.
11. Experience working to defined performance targets and KPIs.
12. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in high-pressure environments.
13. Outstandingmunication and interpersonal skills, delivering clear and practical guidance.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, coupled withmercial awareness.
15. Collaborative approach with amitment to team success.
16. Interest in emerging technologies, including AI (desirable but not essential).
What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity for personal injury solicitors/chartered legal executives with strong experience handling a personal caseload of personal injury claims. Apetitive salary of up to £55,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience. This role offers plenty of hybrid flexibility with up to 3 days working from home per week. A discretionary bonus is available.
