Maintenance Operative
Location: Northampton & surrounding NN postcodes
Pay Rate: £18.20 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks across properties in the Northampton area and surrounding NN postcodes.
Tasks are assigned via an IT device and may include work on:
Light fixtures and fittings
Fire doors and handles
Bathrooms and plumbing fixtures
General property maintenance and repairsYou may also be required to provide wider business support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard
Safely and effectively manage and use tools and equipment
Work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Maintain accurate records of work completed via IT systems
Support colleagues and uphold high property standardsAbout You
Experience in general maintenance or a similar role
Confident working with tools and basic repairs
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Flexible and open-minded approach to work
