Position: Care Assistant
Salary: £12.00 per hour

About the Role
Join our dedicated team at The Laurels, a warm and welcoming residential care home in Trecynon, Aberdare. We are seeking compassionate Care Assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Hours: 24-37 hours per week (flexibility required for a mix of day and night shifts, 7 days a week)
DBS Check: Required
Contract: Subject to successful completion of probationary period
Additional Hours: Extra hours may be available to cover for annual leave, sickness, and emergencies.
Key Requirements:
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights, as needed to meet the demands of the home.
Qualifications
* Ideally, candidates would have previous experience within health and social care/care home setting, with medication management experience. However, all applications will be considered, and relevant training will be provided with commencement on an NVQ.
