HOLIDAY PARK - LEISURE MANAGER - circa £31k + benefits - LIVE IN AVAILABLE
We are workign with a leading holiday park chain who are looking for a Leisure Manager to join their team. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the leisure complex and swimming pool. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage staff schedules, maintain high safety and hygiene standards, and help create an unforgettable guest experience. You'll also collaborate on event planning and support recruitment and training processes.
What they are looking for:

NPLQ lifeguard qualified (NaRS, STA, or RLSS Trainer Assessor preferred)
*
Pool Plant Operator trained
*
Strong admin skills, including rota planning and staff management
*
Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service
*
Flexible and reliable, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
