Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our successful West of England team. The role is primarily office based across our Cheltenham or Bristol offices and is offered on a permanent basis. You will assist the team to provide a first-class standard of service to our clients. The role will have a focus on report writing, including Client Suitability Reports and document preparation for Annual Reviews. You will gather details from colleagues to help formulate reports, working to tight, often multiple deadlines. The role will suit someone with strong report writing skills, with the ability to formulate succinct yet informative reports from multiple sources of information. Attention to detail is key, as your reports will be used to form the basis of Investment Managers conversations with clients, so we need someone with high levels of accuracy in their work. You will be comfortable dealing with colleagues of all levels and willing to work as part of a team effort to complete your tasks to a high standard.
