Meraki Talent is partnered with a UK-wide, established business to support with the recruitment of a Collections Assistant. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of c.£26, and a hybrid working model. The purpose of the Collections Assistant is to:
* Provide support by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and agreeing payment plans
* Analyse and report on customer data
* Deal with complex billing and service issues
You must be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage workload and take ownership of tasks
* Be ambitious with drive to develop professionally
* Expert problem-solving and investigation skills
To be considered for this role you must:
* Have experience from a customer client facing role in a professional setting(e.g call center)
* Have working knowledge from a financial service or banking background – particularly reconciliations/settlements experience
* Have experience in reporting and analysis
* Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills
