Job Description:
We are working with an established wealth management firm based in Gloucester, seeking a Head of Administration to join their growing team.
You will manage a small team of Administrators, with plans to expand this team in the coming months.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of Financial Planning administration. This is an office-based position.
Responsibilities and Experience:
1. Previous IFA Administration experience is essential, preferably in a management role.
2. Client-centric approach in all interactions.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead the team and serve clients effectively.
4. Good knowledge of back office administration software and applications.
5. Experience in training, mentoring, and managing colleagues.
6. Competent in workflow allocation and diary management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
7. Conducting appraisals and managing HR requirements for team members.
8. General office oversight and management.
9. Assist in recruiting new team members to support growth.
