We are currently looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to join our team based in Corby.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Main purpose of job
* Partnering with Distribution Centre Managers to ensure the P&L and Balance Sheets for your assigned sites are effectively managed
Key tasks
* Financial management of Site(s) P&L and Balance Sheet
* Production of weekly management accounts for the site(s) by client
* Business Partnering with Site Manager/ Site Operations Manager
* Working with operational teams to enhance the Financial and Operational performance and understanding, using data to drive improved performance
* Working with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely billing
* Production of insightful Client reporting
* Working with the Onboarding teams to ensure the seamless integration of new clients into Bleckmann
* To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them
* To foster a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns, and celebrating success
