Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and be proficient in various computer applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Responsibilities
 * Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
 * Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
 * Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
 * Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
 * Support the team with clerical duties, ensuring all administrative functions are executed smoothly
 * Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain inventory levels
 * Managing POD process in transport office
Experience
 * Proven office experience with a focus on administrative roles
 * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 * Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
 * Previous clerical experience is an advantage
