An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Finance Department at NHS Shetland as a Finance Assistant, working in a rotational role across key finance functions including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Cashiering and related duties.
This varied and hands-on position offers the chance to gain experience across multiple aspects of finance while contributing directly to the effective delivery of healthcare services in Shetland. Working as part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, you will be involved in essential financial processes within a complex and rewarding NHS environment. The Finance Department at NHS Shetland plays a vital role in supporting high-quality patient care through strong financial governance and effective resource management. The team is based at Board Headquarters in Montfield.

Requirements
