The Company
Our client is a specialist engineering company. Due growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter.
The Role
* Will be working permanent day shift assembling and building their specialist products.
* Interpret engineering assembly drawings, check parts before commencement of assembly.
* Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies.
* Installation and test of controls.
* To build assemblies to the stated assembly time and quality level.
The Person
* Time Served Mechanical Fitter or have relevant experience.
* Experience of building special purpose machines.
* Experience in assembly.
* Ability to read assembly/technical documentation such as drawings and work instructions.
* Adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
