As a Business Administration Apprentice at Trutex Ltd, you’ll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working alongside a friendly and experienced team. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will provide essential support across the International Sales department, helping ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will build practical experience in office administration, customer service, data management, and communication. Key Responsibilities Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Order processing and monitoring. Sample order coordination. Support scheduling of meetings, diary management, and handling correspondence Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records and support the management of databases and systems Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required Collaborate with colleagues to improve office procedures and workflows Provide support to specific projects and departmental initiatives Timescale and Commitment This apprenticeship will typically take between 12 and 18 months to complete. During this period, the successful candidate will: Work full-time (34.25 hours per week), gaining hands-on experience within a real business environment Spend 20% of their working hours on structured learning, workshops, online study, and mentoring Be expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment, reliability, and time management to successfully balance work and study Participate in regular progress reviews with the employer and training provider Be required to complete a final assessment to achieve the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) This role requires a strong willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take ownership of your development and tasks.
