The organisation is dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals through compassionate, recovery-focused interventions and outreach support. We are seeking an experienced Recovery Outreach Practitioner to support individuals experiencing substance misuse issues alongside homelessness or rough sleeping. The role will involve assertive street outreach, engagement and re-engagement work, deliver interventions and support individuals into treatment and recovery services.
