The Lincolnshire Coast is a key location for us to deliver this. The portfolio consists of a historic mansion, beautiful gardens and extensive parkland, a brand-new nature reserve, due to be fully open in 2026, a Baptist Chapel and a medieval castle and grounds. This is a physically active role. A typical day may be meeting several different contractors through the day, walking them to the part of the site they are working on and supervising their work, plus responding to calls from different parts of the site to check on facilities issues. You'll help the property teams respond to day to day issues such as broken toilets, locks and signs. There will also be some requirement to undertake minor repair works on site.
