I’m partnering with a well-regarded Derbyshire firm to secure an experienced Property Litigation Locum for immediate cover. Step into a busy, supportive team and take ownership of a varied caseload from day one. ⚖️
🔧 What you’ll handle
* 🏢🏘️ L&T (res & comm): leases, arrears, breaches, s.25/s.26, forfeiture
* 🧭 Boundary/ROW/easements & adverse possession
* 🧾 Possession claims (CPR, PD55), injunctions & urgent relief
* 🧱 Dilapidations, rent reviews, service charge disputes
* 🧠 Pre-action strategy, pleadings, disclosure, ADR/mediation, interim hearings
1. ✅ What you’ll bring
* 🎓 Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with solid property litigation experience
* 🗂️ Confident running files end-to-end; cool under court deadlines
* 🏢 Happy to work on-site in Matlock (some flex considered)
* ✍️ Strong drafting, negotiation & client-care skills
