Role Description
We're seeking a
Growth Marketing Manager (Mobile App Specialist)
to own and scale Babymomsi's user growth strategy. This role is about more than just acquisitio, it's about building a
repeatable, sustainable growth engine
for a product with deep social impact. You will lead experiments across
user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and monetization
. From running App Store campaigns to designing referral loops, you'll work hand-in-hand with product and data teams to drive engagement, improve LTV, and grow our user base of mums and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end mobile growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → referral → revenue.
* Drive paid and organic acquisition campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, influencer partnerships, SEO/ASO).
* Optimize App Store presence (ASO, reviews, creative testing).
* Design and test referral, ambassador, and partnership programs to grow via community.
* Analyze growth metrics and cohorts to identify levers for improvement (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU).
* Collaborate with product team to optimize onboarding, paywall, and trial-to-subscription conversion.
* Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to drive engagement and reactivation (push, email, in-app).
* Work closely with leadership to define growth OKRs, forecasts, and budgets.
Qualifications
* 4+ years in growth marketing with proven success in mobile app growth (healthtech, wellness, or consumer apps preferred).
* Deep expertise in ASO, app performance marketing, and analytics.
* Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
* Proficient in marketing analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics for Firebase).
* Strong skills in marketing automation (Braze, OneSignal, Iterable, or similar).
* Track record of designing growth experiments and scaling winning campaigns.
* Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
* Data-driven, creative, and passionate about building products that make a real social impact.
* Bonus: Experience growing a subscription-based app with freemium/7-day trial model.
