Bridge Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Housing Income Manager to join a leading housing organisation during an exciting period of transformation within the Income Management Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven problem solver with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about performance, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.
As Housing Income Manager, you will lead a team of 510 income professionals. Youll take ownership of high-level arrears cases, drive performance, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
The role:
* Lead and develop a high-performing income recovery team
* Manage arrears cases from early intervention through to enforcement
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Use data and insight to improve service delivery and performance
* Support transformation and innovation across income services
What you'll bring:
* Strong leadership experience within housing income recovery
* Knowledge of Housing Law, Welfare Reform, and legal processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical and solution-focused approach
* Confidence in driving performance and delivering results
