An excellent opportunity has been created for a highly organised, customer-focused, and outgoing individual to join a world-leading manufacturer and distributor of professional products as a Sales & Logistics Coordinator. This role is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, and involves providing dynamic support across various functions within the business.
This key position serves as the first point of contact for customer orders and inquiries, working closely with the in-house Despatch Team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal), be computer literate, and possess good numeracy skills for compiling monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and RMAs in our MRP system.
2. Organising international shipping of products.
3. Providing high-quality, customer-focused administrative support to Sales, Service, and Logistics Teams.
4. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email as the first point of contact.
5. Performing general administrative duties, including reception cover and internal resource bookings.
6. Occasional support to the shipping department with order picking and packing.
Key Qualifications and Capabilities:

Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
* Experience in international trade and logistics.
This position is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, with parking available. It offers a 37.5-hour workweek with flexible start times and is fully office-based.
