Senior Marketing Lead We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Marketing lead to oversee all marketing activity and to drive brand growth. The successful Senior Marketing Executive will lead the content creation for all internal and external communications, Management of all Social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram to drive company brand management and corporate identity as well as website management and mail campaigns. Salary: £40,000 Benefits Hours: 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri (35 Hours) Location: Corby NN17 Required Experience / Qualifications: * Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or related field * Proven standalone Marketing lead experience * Social media management across multiple channels, especially LinkedIn * WordPress website management * Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) * Experience using Canva and tools like Hootsuite * Email marketing and CRM experience (e.g., Mailchimp) * Strong IT skills, including MS Office and digital marketing platforms * Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to create engaging content for internal and external audiences * Strong time management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects * B2B experience desirable Key Responsibilities: * Content creation for internal and external communications * Management of all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Tik Tok experience is desirable * Updating the company websites, including an e-commerce platform, and driving SEO * Coordination of all blogs, news stories, PR pieces and awards submissions * Having overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity * Management of the social calendar – including coordination of company events, key dates and internal promotions * Devising sales documents, newsletters, e-mail marketing and graphic content for various channels * Planning and implementing lead generation campaigns * Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and analytics * Communicating marketing objectives and updates to colleagues throughout business * Managing allocated marketing budget while reporting on cost effectiveness of marketing activities * Identifying and implementing improved processes, systems and methods of working Benefits Package * up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience * 28 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) * Free parking * Pension Scheme * Company gym
