Main duties of the job
The Grove Medical Centre works on an 'on the day service' which our staff and patients are happy with.
You will have a mixture of telephone contact and face-to-face appointments with patients, along with the opportunity to manage your own caseload and develop your clinical expertise across a range of conditions. This varied role will allow you to utilise your advanced assessment and diagnostic skills to provide timely, effective care, while also participating in the ongoing development of service delivery within the practice.

Job responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our GP surgery team. You will provide advanced clinical care, managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions through both face-to-face and telephone consultations. Working independently and alongside GPs and nurses, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within your scope
Prescribe medications as appropriate
Provide telephone triage and face-to-face appointments
Support practice initiatives and participate in audits and training

* Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with NMC registration
* Nurse Practitioner qualification and Independent Prescribing (IP)
