The Role:
* You will provide expert advice to clients on a range of corporate tax matters, including both UK and international tax issues.
* You will apply your technical knowledge to deliver practical solutions that align with client objectives.
* Advising on corporate tax matters within transactional and/or advisory contexts.
* Applying strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax rules and structures.
* Working on a mix of advisory and transactional work, depending on your experience and specialism.
* Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
* Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Skills Required:
* Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate tax, ideally within a transactional or advisory tax practice.
* Strong technical abilities and a clear understanding of UK and international tax rules.
* Either broad corporate tax expertise or a specialist focus, particularly in real estate or funds.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own caseload.
* Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
