Green World Merchandise provides sustainable, high-quality merchandise solutions for clients in the family entertainment, corporate gifts, and attractions sectors. From concept to delivery, we manage design, production, logistics, and marketing with a focus on reducing carbon impact.
We are a growing business, and we're looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant to support our Founder, in driving the company forward.
The Role
This is a varied role that combines personal assistance, administration, and operational support. You'll work closely with the Founder, helping to manage day-to-day operations, client communications, and company growth initiatives.
Job Details:
* Position: PA to Founder / Admin Assistant
* Status: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week minimum)
* Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9am–2pm
* Pay: £17 per hour (paid monthly) + sales commission
* Location: Remote (with occasional travel for meetings/events and weekly in-person meet-up at a location to be agreed)
* More hours are an option
Key Responsibilities
* Support Founder with diary management, client communications, and project coordination
* Assist in building company systems (including CRM integration)
* Coordinate with suppliers, web designers, and external partners
* Help drive sustainability goals (B-Corp certification, Scope 3 emissions)
* Support new product development and manage product photo shoots
* Oversee social media posting and engagement (Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Liaise with External Marketing Team on campaigns and content
* Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets
* Organise events, conferences, and corporate hospitality
* Provide sales support, including commission opportunities on new and repeat business
* Use Canva to edit/create brochures and marketing materials
* Strong skills with Office 365 Applications, especially Excel.

Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational and planning ability
* Confidence in sales and customer interaction
* Working knowledge of social media platforms
* Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious products
* Knowledge using Canva and Microsoft Office Applications
Desirable:
* Experience with carbon footprint measurement or B-Corp certification
* Product development experience
* Willingness to learn and grow with the business
* IT Skills:
* Proficient in Excel and general office software
* Comfortable managing CRMs and online platforms
* Understanding of accounting software Xero
