The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, performing a wide range of complex tasks, and managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and personal brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Urdu would be a valuable asset, with team members across multiple countries within the group.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Support & Prioritisation: Anticipate the CEO’s needs, proactively manage priorities across multiple ventures and initiatives; translate big-picture ideas into structured next steps; track goals, deadlines, and deliverables across projects.
* Calendar, Travel & Meeting Flow: Own the CEO’s calendar, coordinate national and international travel, prepare meeting briefs, research, and talking points; join meetings to capture action items and drive follow-up.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, partners, investors, and collaborators; draft and manage correspondence in the CEO’s voice; maintain strong professional relationships.
* Project & Operations Support: Manage cross-venture projects, conduct research, prepare reports, maintain secure records, and support fundraising, investor relations, and partnerships with documentation and scheduling.
* Brand & Content Amplification: Manage the CEO’s personal and professional brand presence, draft content, coordinate with creative teams, and track engagement.
* Event & Special Projects: Plan high-impact events, off-sites, and speaking engagements; coordinate workshops, board meetings, and external networking events; own special projects aligned with strategic priorities.
* Personal & Household Support (as required): Assist with select personal logistics to ensure smooth work-life integration and manage confidential personal matters with discretion.
* General Executive Support: Handle calls, mail, and messages; anticipate bottlenecks and risks; perform other duties to reduce distraction and friction for the CEO.
