Account Executive Opportunity
Step into a fast-paced sales role as an Account Executive with a well established global logistics provider supporting thousands of SME clients. In this position, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses optimise their shipping processes, lower operational costs, and access services typically reserved for larger enterprises.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career - you don’t need extensive experience, just a strong drive to learn, excellent communication skills, and an interest in building expertise within a growing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with both new and existing SME clients
* Analyse customer shipping patterns to uncover efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
* Deliver a tailored experience, offering ongoing support and follow-up
Training & Skill Development
* Complete a structured 12-month development programme covering key areas such as sales strategy, negotiation techniques, and customer management
* Learn through a blend of classroom sessions, hands-on coaching, shadowing, and off-site training experiences
Account Ownership
* Support clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
* Handle pricing queries, billing issues, and identify opportunities for service improvements
* Act as a reliable point of contact, providing quick and effective solutions
Performance & Career Progression
