A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking a varied and interesting caseload, quality supervision, and long-term progression within an established and ambitious
firm.
You will work on a broad range of contentious property matters acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals.
The Role
The caseload will include:
- Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Easements and rights of way
- Dilapidations claims
- Leasehold disputes and forfeiture matters
- Property-related contractual disputes
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Property Litigation matters
- Ability to manage a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities
- Ambitious and motivated to develop within a Legal 500 environment
