Are you a detail-driven HR professional with a passion for employment law and process improvement? At GXO Logistics, we're looking for a dynamic HR Compliance Manager to lead our compliance strategy, ensuring our policies, contracts, and practices are watertight and future ready. Pay, benefits and more

Salary up to £65,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day

* Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies, contracts, and compliance documentation across UK & I
* Oversee internal audits and ensure data integrity within SuccessFactors and other HR systems
* Manage a team of four Employee Compliance Specialists, supporting their growth and development
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, People Services, and HR Data Analytics to drive compliance excellence
* Provide expert guidance on Right to Work, DSARs, TUPE, and employment law, ensuring the business stays ahead of legislative changes


What you need to succeed

* Strong operational HR experience with a deep understanding of employment law and policy development
* Exceptional attention to detail and a data-analytical mindset; accuracy is critical in this role
* Proven ability to identify discrepancies, solve problems, and implement process improvements
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
* CIPD qualification is desirable, and experience in managing teams and driving change
