Their core mission is to extend the life of infrastructure assets through innovative, sustainable solutions What you'll be doing What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities Accommodation & travel bookings (CTM) Onboarding support for new starters Data input & management using M-Site Set up and management of BIM360F & Next Gen systems Commercial vehicle tracking, permit to drive checks, mileage checks, and telematics reviews Setting up projects and general admin on the HSES Portal Maintaining and managing procurement schedules Security vetting submissions and tracking Supporting the operational teams with any other admin tasks as required Who we're looking for What You Need Highly motivated, proactive, and practical approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Honest, reliable, and professional attitude Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team Organised with excellent timekeeping skills Computer literate Professional and personal development The size and scale of Balfour Beatty coupled with our strong pipeline of work provides incredible opportunities, regardless of what stage you are at in your career.
