Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing and dynamic organisation, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client support while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have competent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning and development within a specialist industry.


What’s on Offer?

* Location: Eastbourne
* Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 p/a (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

* Provide ongoing client support via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of service
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of clients
* Train clients on how to use the company\'s systems effectively
* Investigate and resolve client issues promptly by liaising with internal teams
* Schedule and coordinate diary appointments
* Prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively throughout the day
* Monitor live systems in real-time to ensure smooth operations
* Complete general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
* Engage in self-directed learning to gain a thorough understanding of internal systems
* Take responsibility for personal professional development, including attending training sessions
* Work flexible hours as required, including evenings and weekends (approximately 1 in 3 weekends)


Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
* Strong time management and task prioritisation abilities
* Confident communicator with clear written and verbal English skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working under pressure and as part of a team
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced, changing environment
