JOB TITLE: Lighting Install Supervisor
LOCATION: Clevedon (with travel when needed)
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent
SALARY: up to £40,000
THE LIGHTING INSTALL SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITY:
* Oversee installation of solar street lighting projects.
* Manage subcontractors and internal installation teams.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and HSE guidance.
* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
* Install and commission solar panels and lighting systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
* Provide support and feedback to the Head of Operations.
* Complete administrative tasks and maintain project timelines.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
* Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage on-site activities in line with industry best practices.
* Collaborative team player who can motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality work and service.
* Preferred background includes permanent lighting installation, construction, or groundworks.
* Able to work closely with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, procedures, and systems.
* Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
