Job Title: Private Client Legal Secretary
Salary: £45,000
Location: Central London
Boutique law firm with an exceptional reputation is seeking an experienced private client secretary to join their team of renowned partners. It is essential that you have a minimum of one year's experience as a private client secretary from another law firm to be considered.
Duties Will Include:
1. Diary management for partners and fee-earners.
2. Typing correspondence, creating documents/forms, etc.
3. Liaising with clients and third parties.
4. Opening and closing of files.
5. Updating client records; wills, deeds, etc.
6. Ad hoc projects.
Excellent IT and organizational skills are imperative, as is prior experience supporting fee-earners using audio dictation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading law firm in London servicing a high-net-worth clientele. Opportunity to work one day from home available.
