Technical Coordinator Contract: 12 Months - 37 hours Based: BARROW Hourly Rate: £17.69 PAYE or £23.62 Umbrella Inside IR35 37 hours 2-3 days per week on site including a fortnightly Friday Overview Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting dynamic office environments? Join BAE Systems as a Technical Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Submarine division and helping our teams work efficiently and effectively Key Skills

• Experience in providing professional office support in a busy environment.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage your workload independently while working as part of a wider support team.
• Knowledge of handling confidential information appropriately

The Job:

• Act as the go-to contact for office and facilities support, including IT requests and maintenance.
• Provide responsive support to Submarine employees and help onboard new starters.
• Maintain records and budgets using management systems.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance in collaboration with SHE advisors.
• Manage visitor access, shared inboxes, and coordinate with regional offices when required.
• Deliver on-the-job training for new team members and promote a cost-effective approach to office management
