We’re looking for a new QA Manager to join TDX after a recent promotion in the business. You’ll be someone who is passionate about protecting our customers as well as the wider business by ensuring our process have the correct level of assurance in our regulated environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same and is keen to gain a broad understanding of our business and processes.
You’ll develop policies, procedures and methods to measure, evaluate and improve the quality of products and services, as well as conduct timely audits or inspections to ensure product quality levels. You’ll work with the business to perform operational and product training activities for the purpose of ensuring quality in delivery of products and services .

What you’ll do
* Enable senior managers to understand how well controlled the business is
* Maintain an effective assurance approach across TDX, comprising of first-line monitoring and independent assurance activity
* QA oversight of high risk processes across TDX and CTC of Team Leader checks
* QA oversight and CTC (Check the Checker) of Third Party Vendors associated with TDX Operations, Client File activity in Data Ops and of wider TDX / Equifax Sales activity
* Support where required the assurance of TDX adherence to ISO9001 Quality Management (undertaking of internal QMS audit plan, internal audit of TDX teams within scope of ISO9001, coordination of Annual Management Review, coaching and supporting teams with understanding and working to ISO 9001, management of the non-conformity action log and liaison with BSI to manage the annual external audit process)
* Support the Internal audit of ISO22301 (Business Continuity) and ISO14001 (Environmental Management)
What experience you need
* Have worked in an FCA regulated organisation
* Measured and managed quality assurance and compliance on operational account and case activity
* Worked in a consumer oriented environment
* Has proven ability to assess consumer related activity and articulate findings using collaborative and pro-active measures
* Knowledge and experience of regulatory aspects around Treating Customers Fairly with broader Financial Conduct Authority understanding
* Able to work using your own initiative, gather data from various internal and external sources to establish summary level information and able to present information clearly and concisely
* Experience of managing stakeholder requirements and expectations
