Overview
As a Responsible Business Analyst, you will support our environmental programmes across climate, circular economy and forest initiatives. Your role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused: you’ll coordinate projects, manage data, analyse trends and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive meaningful change. Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver projects across climate, forestry, circular economy and forest programmes, ensuring action logs, project plans and milestones are met.
* Support the collection and organisation of environmental data, maintain Net‑Zero quarterly dashboards, contribute to annual disclosures and assist with annual verification of TCFD reporting.
* Provide project management and data support for environmental submissions, including CDP Climate and Forests, and Forest 500, coordinating information gathering and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Analyse environmental data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities; conduct horizon scanning and desk research on climate policy, circularity, nature and carbon markets to support programme development.
* Work effectively with colleagues across banners, group functions and external partners to gather information, maintain alignment and support collaborative delivery.
* Support internal communications, lunch & learns and colleague engagement campaigns by drafting content, preparing materials and raising awareness of environmental priorities and progress.
* Maintain accessible and well‑organised documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, SharePoint sites and reference materials, and prepare papers and slides for governance forums.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience coordinating multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly and simply.
* Confident engaging with stakeholders and building positive working relationships.
* Good data management and analytical skills; comfortable with Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
* Curious and proactive – keen to learn and contribute ideas.
