The FP&A Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and high-quality Group performance reporting information, collaborating with a broad range of senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver insight, shape performance, and support decision-making.
1. Developing and continually improving budgeting and financial/operating forecasts.
2. Analyzing the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.
3. Monitoring KPIs and identifying the cause of unexpected variances.
4. Supporting leadership teams throughout the business with data-driven analysis.
5. Weekly EBITDA reporting.
Experience of working in an FMCG business is preferable but must demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Factory or commercial-based experience would be beneficial.

Exceptional communication skills to interface with a wide variety of audiences across the Group, including people with non-finance backgrounds.

Must be comfortable using advanced Excel features and have a logical thought process.
Professional accountancy qualification is preferable; at minimum, must have a finance background.
