Please note this is office based role. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham. Pay and Benefits: £35,,000 DOE Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00. 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays) Private Medical cover 3% pension contribution On-site Gym Retail Discounts scheme Responsibilities: Upload and configure new products, collaborating with the design team for imagery Manage product listings across various channels, including Amazon and Google Merchant Centre Maintain and update CMS pages (Magento 2), including creating new content and retiring outdated pages Embed rich media (videos, logos, etc.) and publish editorial content Carry out routine quality checks and page tweaks Execute basic command-line scripts (no coding required) Qualifications / Experience Minimum 2 years experience working directly with Magento 2 Strong Adobe Photoshop skills for image editing Comfortable with using command-line scripts for admin tasks High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Ability to manage multiple updates in a fast-paced e-commerce setting Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Desirable: Experience managing Amazon Seller Central pages Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre feed management Basic understanding of SEO best practices Next Steps: Apply with your CV and an initial video interview will be arranged to discuss the role further.
