We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support complex programmes and projects within a leading financial institution. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and the chance to develop your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
* Support programme governance and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
* Maintain RAIDD logs and assist with risk and issue management.
* Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and capture key decisions.
* Prepare accurate reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
* Track resource allocation and maintain programme documentation.
* Provide administrative and analytical support to Programme Managers and PMO.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills—able to work collaboratively and independently.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* A practical, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
