What You'll Do
Own monthly and quarterly reporting packs, delivering clear, compelling insights to senior leaders.
Track and interpret key KPIs, helping the business stay aligned, informed, and ahead of the curve.
Spot sales opportunities by analysing trends across countries, hospitals, and product lines.
Support QBRs with distribution partners, bringing data‑driven clarity to performance and growth potential.
Evaluate pricing and profitability, benchmarking against industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards that empower teams to self‑serve and move faster.
Respond to ad‑hoc analysis needs, providing sharp, actionable insights whenever the business needs them.
What You Bring
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
Sharp commercial instincts and a strong understanding of business drivers.
A proactive mindset with ownership, initiative, and accountability.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Confident communication and collaboration across teams and functions.
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A positive, team‑oriented approach.
Your Background
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in an analytical role.
3-5 years' experience working with complex datasets in Excel.
Experience with CRM and BI tools; Salesforce and Power BI are strong advantages.
