What you’ll be doing: As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the parks, gardens, open spaces, road sides, and commercial premises within Slough Borough Council to the highest horticultural and customer care standards. Your duties will encompass: Grass cutting Hedge and shrub maintenance Litter collection and furniture cleaning Maintenance of various ornamental planting features Preparation of sports pitches Application of weed killer Landscaping projects Playground inspection and maintenance You will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team dedicated to ensuring Slough remains a welcoming and safe place to visit.
