The Role As a Welfare Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students' wellbeing, attendance, and safeguarding within a busy secondary school. You will work closely with the pastoral team, safeguarding leads, and senior staff to ensure students are safe, supported, and able to engage fully in school life.
