Role Purpose To provide a professional and efficient front of house service at Bolton Wanderers Football Club, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and timely assistance. This role is pivotal in creating a great first impression and upholding the club's high standards of hospitality and customer service for all guests visiting the venue. Main areas of responsibility Greet all visitors to the stadium in a warm, welcoming and professional manner. Answer and respond to telephone calls and emails promptly, directing calls appropriately. Managing the visitors logging system, signing in any contractors, ensuring the correct passes are issued. Assisting the Facilities Department with administration duties as required. Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable in line with company standards. General Responsibilities BWFC seek to ensure that all children and young people are protected and kept safe from harm while they are with staff and volunteers within Bolton Wanderers activities.
