We are looking for two Data Assistants to work within our Central Rostering Team, based in the People & Culture Directorate’s HR Service Centre.
eRostering is being rolled out to all wards and departments in NHS Grampian and will ensure that clinical and non-clinical staff are rostered effectively so that the right staff are in the right place at the right time to deliver safe and effective patient care.
As a Data Assistant in the team you will primarily be responsible for the input of data into the eRostering system and the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS).
Applicants should have a good standard of education, this being 5 National 5 qualifications or 5 Standard Grades at credit level, or relevant equivalent experience in an administration environment. Good communication skills are required, as well as a good command of the English language. You will have the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy whilst working to strict deadlines.
We are recruiting to two full time posts on a fixed term basis until 30th September 2026.
Interviews are expected to be held in person during the week commencing 30th March. It is anticipated that successful candidates would commence employment shortly thereafter.
