About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take a lead role within our business, overseeing the commercial function and supporting a team of surveyors across a range of projects. You will act as the commercial lead on multiple sites, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from tender through to final account. The ideal candidate will be confident managing people, liaising with clients, and driving best practice in cost control, procurement, and contract management.
