The position is for an North West (Preston) based consultancy working in the built environment. The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor or Project Manager MRICS carrying out the following responsibilities: * Contract administration * Project based work * Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc. * Valuations, variations etc. * Supporting junior building surveyors Chartered Building Surveyor or Project Manager MRICS requirements for the role are: * Minimum of 4 years experience * Either residential, commercial or education experience ideal. * Autonomously running projects * MRICS * Both project and professional services experience.
