Your role
:Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
:Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
:Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
:Make leisure and social activities part of every day
:Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
Your skills
:Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
:Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
:Team player who values collaboration
:Kindness and genuine interest in older people
:Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
