In this key role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating products to meet strict lead times, utilising advanced repair and quality management systems. You will take ownership of calibration databases, oversee goods-in inspections, and coordinate test data from subcontractors, all while working closely with manufacturing teams to resolve issues and enhance product reliability. Your expertise will support ongoing innovation and process improvement initiatives, including designing assembly jigs and analysing data via complex spreadsheets and SPC methods. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Practical experience in fault-finding, repair, and recalibration, ideally within an electronics or engineering environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of quality management and calibration systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially spreadsheets and data analysis
Good understanding of manufacturing practices and attention to detail
A proactive, solution-focused approach to challengesNice to Have Skills & Experience:
Full electronics or engineering qualification
Experience working with test equipment and assembly jigs
Knowledge of SPC methodologies and statistical analysis
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environmentPreferred Education & Experience:
