The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full marketing strategy and execution — with a strong focus on digital performance, content, and brand positioning. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the business communicates its value to B2B audiences across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute an integrated, commercially aligned marketing strategy
* Own and optimise all digital channels (website, SEO, paid media, email, social)
* Lead content creation and storytelling to bring brand and impact to life
* Drive lead generation and support pipeline growth
* Manage PR, media relations, and brand positioning
* Track, analyse, and optimise performance across all channels
About You:
* 2–4+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
* Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience
* Proven ability to generate leads and support commercial growth
* Exceptional writing and content creation skills
* Data-driven with a commercial mindset
* Interest in sustainability, ESG, or purpose-led organisations (highly desirable)
